A brief overview:
Yan Shou Gong (or simply YSG) is 'The Art of Longevity.' It is a kind of modern Qigong derived from ancient Shaolin Nei Gong, developed by Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong and Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai, the father of our much beloved Master Yap Boh Heong.
Yan Shou Gong was primarily designed for people that have busy lives with other commitments besides martial arts, but who still want to improve their health, reduce their stress and learn how to generate and control internal energy. Yan Shou Gong is straightforward to learn, very quick to practise and can deliver tangible results in a very short amount of time.
