What is Yan Shou Gong?

​Yan Shou Gong is a relatively new form of authentic Shaolin Nei Gong, or "internal work," developed by Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong and Grandmaster Yap Cheng Hai.

​There are plenty of opportunities for one-to-one tuition, or a session for you and a friend so that you can work with one another under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
