Private sessions:
It's safe to say that the best way to approach any kind of Qigong or Nei Gong is to learn directly from a qualified instructor. It's great to attend classes or workshops, but one-to-one tuition gives you the chance to ask as many questions as you need and feel safe knowing that the lesson will move along at your own pace.
At West Country Yan Shou Gong, we're more than happy to arrange private sessions, either at the main hub in Bath and North-East Somerset, or a location that suits you elsewhere in the South West or further afield.

Sometimes when you're learning as part of a large group, you may feel that things are moving a little too quickly (or too slowly!) or that you want to take your learning in a different direction from the set lesson plan. With private learning we can offer a degree of flexibility that isn't always possible in our workshops, meaning we can really tailor the lesson to your specific needs.
A private session doesn't have to be one-on-one! Use the contact form below to let us know if it's just yourself, a duo or small group, how many hours you'd like to book, and whether or not you're intending to travel to B&NES for training, or you'd like us to come to you. It's also possible to arrange a video call if you just need a little assistance with your forms and don't want a face-to-face session.
