Another great class in Stroud yesterday; Paul and Malcolm were kind enough to have me sit in on another one of their sessions at the Archway Sports Centre. The class is held at the school on Paganhill Estate and starts at six p.m. every Tuesday. If you're based in or near Stroud, it's well worth checking out.
